Settle in, folks, this is volume one of probably several dozen if his other titles Invincible and The Walking Dead are anything to go by, because Kirkman’s more interested in setting up long-running franchises than telling tightly plotted stories, especially when he can sell these comics’ pitches to TV execs!
It sounds like I didn’t like Outcast Volume 1, and I didn’t love it, but it wasn’t that bad.
