I have attended two retreats with Joan Anderson, inspired by reading her earlier books. This collection of essays really hit home. Much wisdom is contained in each of the chapters - I kept underlining key ideas and thinking of other women I want to share the book with. I strongly recommend this for women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond.
