I used the 2014 version and really feel that it's pretty much all you need to pass the NAPLEX. The math questions felt a bit easy compared to what I saw on the NAPLEX, but there are additional math questions floating around the internet if you feel like you need more practice. This book is very well laid out, easy to read and there are a few questions actually in the text. I plan on keeping this text on hand for future reference. Overall, I would definitely recommend buying/using the latest version of this book to prepare for the NAPLEX.
