As a newer real estate agent myself, I have spent a fair amount of that initial capital outlay on books. Face it, it is often difficult to be trained by your broker because they are very busy people. So you buy books and read in your spare time.
I have a small library that I have bought and read through, many of the authors are considered the "Giants" of the industry. I wish I had bought this book first (I would have a much smaller library).
