The ironic thing is that if it weren't for my relationship with Bill Spetrino, there's no way I would be retired early and getting a sunburn at a spectacular location in the middle of the winter!
I have been investing for the past 40 years, primarily through mutual funds. I would have good years and bad years, and in fact rode many down markets all the way down, which forced me to pretty much start all over again.
